OUR PROGRAMS

The P.H.A.T institute is designed to help individuals and communities enhance personal and public awareness of the concepts, issues and developments in the field of health, wellness and human development. Our goal is to educate communities and reduce and deter the wide-spread epidemic of chronic illness (IE. Type II Diabetes, Hypertension, Fatty liver disease) through preventative behavioral and lifestyle measures.  Our educational offerings come from scientific research and study, standardized protocol measures and the on-going development of new ideas and techniques in the advancement of the human condition.
